Police in southern California have arrested two men they believe are responsible for burglaries in several cities. With the assistance of U.S. Marshals, these two individuals were taken into custody on Nov. 5. Both are likely facing burglary and other charges.
It was recently reported that two males, ages 27 and 19, were arrested in connection with various burglaries. One incident they are believed to have been involved in occurred July 13. A woman claims that two men entered her home; one held her while the other looked for valuables. Police stated that the indviduals responsible for this home invasion walked away with cash, jewelry and televisions. The victim was unharmed in the incident.
Investigators are asking anyone with any information about these crimes to be come forward. Authorities have not stated what evidence they have that they believe ties the accused individuals to this or the other burglaries. At this time, it unknown if court proceedings have been scheduled for either of the accused.
Burglary charges are not likely to be taken lightly in the California criminal court system. As such, these gentlemen deserve their best possible chance at fighting these accusations. Each may seek the assistance of an experienced criminal defense attorney. In doing so, both of these young men will have the ability to utilize various defense strategies in an effort to fight the charges filed against them. While this may not be an easy task to accomplish, with help, it is possible for both of the accused to resolve their cases in ways that will best benefit their futures.
